Lithops thrive in ample sunlight and should be placed in a bright location with direct sunlight exposure. They can tolerate high temperatures but should be protected from excessive heat, especially during summer. The optimal temperature range for Lithops growth is between 60°F to 80°F.
During winter, temperatures should be kept above 50°F for safe overwintering
Soil/Watering: Choose loose, well-draining sandy soil and add appropriate succulent fertilizer. The soil ph should be between 6.0 to 7.0. Avoid overwatering to prevent root rot. Reduce watering frequency moderately during winter to allow the soil to dry slightly. The soak and dry watering method is recommended.
Pot: Opt for pots with drainage holes to ensure proper drainage.
Since Lithops have underdeveloped root systems, smaller pots are preferable.
Diseases and Pests: Common diseases affecting Lithops
